We think it’s time for a little introduction. 

I’m Jamie, and this is my husband Cameron, and our three beautiful girls- AJ, Haddie, and Emmy. 

I’m the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Helfer, and when they decided to retire in 2021, Cameron and I jumped on the opportunity to take over the family business.

This place is home to me; I basically grew up in the building that we currently occupy. I remember running around the bakery, my sisters sneaking handfuls of sprinkles, and all of the Christmas Cookie baking days we could squeeze in. My Mom and Dad gave everything they had to build their dream from the ground up, and my family gets to continue the legacy! I can’t think of anything cooler than creating the same memories with my girls and having them grow up as a part of our family’s business.

If you’ve been around the shop at all this past few year, I’m sure you’ve noticed some changes - we call those growing pains. We have a lot to learn, and big shoes to fill! We cannot express enough our gratefulness for how you all have supported and stuck with us through this transition. You are the heart and soul of Helfers, and we are so excited to continue to grow and be a part of this amazing little corner of the world! The best is yet to come!
